Berlin DJ and promoter. Slow-building sets, lots of detail, never in a hurry.
In 2008 Pat put on a night of experimental live electronics at Berghain Kantine. It turned into a series, the series into a label, Mindwaves Music, and he has been booking, hosting and DJing ever since.
His sets move between ambient, IDM, broken beats, dub and bass music, and they like to wander. Mindcast.63 was recorded on a late-summer night at the Klangpavillon in Sellin on Rügen, in a beach bar with a walk-in subwoofer, while the weather turned from sunset to thunderstorm. It sounds like it. At Mo:Dem 2025 he played The Seed, a bucket-list gig by his own account.
He plays solo and as ChillinBerlin with Jus10, and hosts the Mindcast series for the label.
